شورای هماهنگی جبهه اصلاحات Political Party · Dissolved 2020
defunct
The Council for Coordinating the Reforms Front was the primary umbrella organization and coordination body for Iranian reformist political groups. Formed on 13 November 1999 by eighteen reformist groups, it was named after 2 Khordad 1376 (the date of Mohammad Khatami's landslide 1997 presidential election victory in the Solar Hijri calendar).
The council coordinated electoral participation and policy advocacy among Iran's reformist factions for over two decades. Since 2015, it was overseen by the Reformists' Supreme Council for Policy-making. Hossein Mousavi Tabrizi served as rotating president of the council from 2015 to 2016.
The Council was dissolved in 2020 and succeeded by the Reform Front of Iran.
