Mardomsalari Newspaper

Mardomsalari (مردم‌سالاری, meaning 'Democracy') is the official newspaper of the Democracy Party of Iran, founded in 2002. It is one of the few reformist-affiliated newspapers still publishing in Iran. Mostafa Kavakebian, the party's founder and secretary-general, serves as editor-in-chief. The paper covers Iranian domestic politics from a reformist perspective and has survived successive press crackdowns that shuttered many reform-era publications.
