Mohammad-Hassan Tarighat Monfared was an Iranian physician and principlist politician who served as caretaker Minister of Health and Medical Education following the dismissal of Marzieh Vahid-Dastjerdi by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in late December 2012.

Vahid-Dastjerdi had been fired on 27 December 2012 after publicly criticising budget cuts to her ministry and the impact of international sanctions on pharmaceutical imports — comments that contradicted the president's official narrative. Ahmadinejad appointed Tarighat Monfared as acting head of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, a position he held until the Majlis confirmed him as the formal minister on 17 March 2013. He served until 15 August 2013, when he was succeeded by Hassan Ghazizadeh Hashemi upon Rouhani's assumption of the presidency.

Tagrighat Monfared was a member of the Society of Devotees of the Islamic Revolution, a principlist faction. He made an unsuccessful bid for parliament in 2016, receiving fewer than 12,000 votes in Tehran. He died on 30 September 2021 following a fall.
