Soleiman Mohsen Eskandari (1863–1944) was an Iranian statesman and Qajar prince who served as the first president of the Tudeh Party of Iran from its founding in 1941 until his death in 1944. A prominent progressive politician during the Constitutional Era, he had been a member of Iran's Second Majles (parliament) and a founding figure of the Democratic Party of Iran in 1909. Despite his aristocratic Qajar origins, he became a committed supporter of socialist and democratic causes. His nephew was Iraj Eskandari, who would go on to serve as First Secretary of the Tudeh Party decades later. Soleiman Mohsen Eskandari's prestige and connections lent the newly founded Tudeh Party significant legitimacy in its early years.
