Camp Ashraf-3 is the current headquarters of the Mojahedin-e Khalq (MEK), located near Manez in Durres County, Albania, approximately 15 miles west of Tirana. The 34-hectare compound houses around 3,000 MEK members who were relocated from Iraq following the closure of Camp Liberty.

Albania agreed to accept MEK members at the request of the United States beginning in 2013, and the purpose-built compound was established by 2016. The camp has been a primary target of Iranian intelligence operations, with the Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS) running surveillance and agent networks against its residents through the Iranian embassy in Tirana. These activities led to the expulsion of Iranian diplomats beginning in 2018 and ultimately Albania's severance of diplomatic relations with Iran in 2022.

On 20 June 2023, Albanian police conducted a controversial raid on the camp, resulting in one death and 36 injuries among residents.
