SAIPA Group

SAIPA Group (Société Anonyme Iranienne de Production Automobile) is an Iranian state-owned automotive manufacturer and one of Iran's two largest automakers alongside Iran Khodro. Founded in 1966, it produces passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and minibuses, primarily for the domestic market. Mehrdad Bazrpash served as CEO of SAIPA before his appointment as Minister of Roads and Urban Development in 2022.
