Amin Hossein Rahimi

Amin Hossein Rahimi has served as Iran's Minister of Justice since Ebrahim Raisi's cabinet in 2021, retained by Masoud Pezeshkian in 2024. He is a career jurist who began working in Iran's judiciary at age 18. He served as Chief of the General and Revolutionary Courts in Tehran and as Political and Security Deputy of the Prosecutor General before his ministerial appointment. He is regarded as a loyalist of Ali Khamenei and a product of the hardliner judicial network associated with Ebrahim Raisi.
