Ardeshir Hosseinpour was an Iranian nuclear physicist and electromagnetism expert who worked at the Isfahan uranium conversion facility as part of Iran's nuclear programme. He died on 15 January 2007 under circumstances that remain highly disputed.

The official Iranian account attributed his death to gas poisoning from a faulty heater. However, the American private intelligence firm Stratfor reported in February 2007 that Hosseinpour had been killed by Mossad and died of radiation poisoning. In 2014, his sister Mahboobeh Hosseinpour claimed in an interview that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps murdered her brother for refusing to participate in nuclear weapons development. Former Mossad officials denied any involvement.

Hosseinpour's death preceded the more widely reported wave of assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists that began in 2010.
