Hassan Kazemi Qomi is an Iranian diplomat and high-ranking commander in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force. He served as Iran's first consul in Herat, Afghanistan, where he established the Quds Force's network of operatives. In May 2005 he was appointed ambassador to Iraq, where US General David Petraeus publicly identified him as a Quds Force member in 2007.

On 17 October 2021, President Ebrahim Raisi appointed Kazemi Qomi as special envoy and ambassador to Afghanistan following the Taliban takeover. In this role, he has described Afghanistan as part of Iran's "axis of resistance" and controversially stated that "martyrdom-seeking" brigades could be sent from Afghanistan to Gaza.
