Mohammad Saeedikia is an Iranian politician and engineer who served as Minister of Housing and Urban Development in Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's first cabinet from 2005 to 2009.

As head of the Ministry of Housing, Saeedikia oversaw the launch of the Mehr Housing project in 2007, one of the largest subsidized housing programs in Iranian history. The project targeted construction of approximately two million affordable housing units across over 1,100 cities for low- and middle-income first-time buyers. The scheme ultimately cost an estimated $150 billion, roughly 33% of Iran's GDP, and significantly expanded the monetary base.

After leaving the ministry, Saeedikia later served as head of the Mostazafan Foundation (Foundation of the Oppressed) from 2014 to 2019, one of the largest state-controlled conglomerates in Iran.
