Mohsen Kharrazi is an Iranian Ayatollah and member of the Assembly of Experts. He is a member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom. His daughter married Masoud Khamenei, son of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, creating a significant family connection between the Kharrazi and Khamenei families. He is the brother of Kamal Kharrazi, who served as Iran's Foreign Minister from 1997 to 2005.
