Mostafa Izadi

Mostafa Izadi is a senior commander in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps who served alongside Hassan Tehrani Moghaddam in the early years of Iran's ballistic missile programme. Izadi testified that Moghaddam pioneered the IRGC's ground-to-ground missile systems from 1984, beginning with the Oghab rocket during the Iran–Iraq War. He has been cited as one of Moghaddam's closest colleagues and provided first-hand accounts of the foundational period of Iran's indigenous missile development effort.
