Sadegh Khalilian is an Iranian economist and politician who served as Minister of Agriculture Jihad in Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's second cabinet from 2009 to 2013, confirmed by the Islamic Consultative Assembly on 3 September 2009. An academic by training, Khalilian was born in Ahvaz and later served as Governor of Khuzestan province.
