Mohammad-Hassan Sadeghi Moghaddam is a jurist member of the Guardian Council and a member of its Central Committee for Election Supervision. He was sanctioned by the US Treasury in February 2020 alongside Ahmad Jannati, Siamak Rahpeyk, and Abbas-Ali Kadkhodaei for preventing free and fair parliamentary elections in Iran.
