Sajjad Moghadam Sati Sofi Evad Sheikhzadeh is an Iranian national placed on an international wanted list by Azerbaijan's State Security Service (DTX) in March 2026 in connection with the 2026 IRGC terror plot in Azerbaijan. According to Azerbaijani authorities, Sheikhzadeh offered $50,000 to anyone willing to place an explosive device under a bridge in the Sangachal settlement of Baku's Garadagh district.
