Saleh Asadi

Saleh Asadi was a Brigadier General serving as Deputy Head of Armed Forces Intelligence under the General Staff of the Armed Forces. He was killed on 28 February 2026 in the combined US-Israel decapitation strikes that also killed Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and multiple senior military commanders. His death was part of a systematic effort to destroy Iran's intelligence and military command infrastructure during the February 28, 2026 strikes.
