Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters

Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters is the IRGC's engineering and construction arm and one of Iran's largest conglomerates. Originally formed to rebuild infrastructure after the Iran-Iraq War, it grew into a sprawling enterprise with interests in oil and gas, transportation, water management, and construction. It has been subject to US and EU sanctions for its role in Iran's nuclear and missile programmes and its ties to the IRGC.
